7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • CottonBasha is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs, or external factors.
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within a defined period (e.g., 7–14 days).
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or bulk orders are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • CottonBasha reserves the right to inspect returned items before approval.
